Michaela facilitated a story time/nursery rhyme session at our play centre and it was fantastic. She has such a great ability to run an interactive and age appropriate class for the little ones, while educating the grown ups at the same time. She was very flexible during the session based on the needs of the attendees (intuitive to children’s interests throughout the session, while some grown ups wanted more explanation) and she handled it seamlessly. In addition to this, Michaela’s extensive knowledge and her willingness to open up conversations about Auslan culture and the Deaf community, and her mission to raise awareness around the use of Auslan make her the perfect bridge to close gaps in knowledge and break down misconceptions. We will definitely be bringing Michaela back for more sessions for our community!

Michaela Reece has taught our company three years in a row and every time we get so much great feedback that we have to invite her back the next year! She is a clear, compassionate and charismatic teacher who will wow you and your company with her ability to teach sign language and educate you on Australia's Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. It is always a pleasure to invite Michaela to teach sessions with our company and we look forward to seeing her again next year!

Awesome Auslan provided a foundational session to introduce Auslan to our team at work. The presentation was very engaging and informative. We really enjoyed it and were also given more information to continue our learning.
