We recently had a gas leak and our gas was shut off late on a Friday afternoon - right before the weekend. I was stressed and unsure how long we'd be without hot water. After calling around, Anthony got back to me quickly and came over to help us out.
He walked me through several options, was completely transparent with the costs, and ultimately helped us transition to a completely gas-free home, making use of the hot water rebate. Even though it was the weekend, Anthony organised everything so efficiently that we had a brand-new heat pump installed by Monday!
Anthony and Matt handled the installation, and Jason, the electrician, came in to finish the job. The entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Anthony kept us updated throughout the rebate process and continued checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Anothony and the team are super efficient, friendly, and very reasonably priced. We called Friday for a gas regulator fitting which was done on the following Monday, they then identified our hot water system had a gas leak (we knew a few years ago it didn’t have much life left on it) & replaced the next day for us for a very reasonable price. Thanks Anthony and Matt!
I noticed a leak in my outdoor water heater first thing in the morning. Anthony explained the likely problem and then outlined some options by text, and Matt arrived at the property within the hour. They clearly talked me through options, quoted a fair price, and got the hot water back up and running that same day. They even organized an electrician and completed another separate job at the property. Super organized and reliable - they don't muck around!
Anthony is very knowledgeable, works fast and is clean, courteous and professional. I couldn't be happier with the work he did for me. Would highly recommend!
