Iam writing this review after months of unresolved follow-ups, hoping to give potential employees and clients a realistic picture of how exits and employee concerns are handled here.
My exit process with Avyanco began in January, and as of now, the matter is still unresolved. Despite completing my responsibilities and submitting all requested documents multiple times, my salary and full-and-final settlement remain unpaid/declined without clear written justification.
From January till today, I have repeatedly followed up through emails and shared documentation whenever asked. Unfortunately, responses have been inconsistent, delayed, or completely absent. There has been no transparent explanation, no closure, and no accountability, leaving me stuck in the same position for months.
What makes this situation particularly concerning is that I am pregnant. During this period, I expected at least basic professionalism, timely communication, and adherence to standard employment practices. Instead, the prolonged silence and lack of resolution caused unnecessary stress during a medically sensitive phase of life.
This is not a short delay or a minor misunderstanding this issue has been dragging on for months, with no clear resolution despite repeated efforts from my side. Employees should not have to escalate externally or chase endlessly to receive what is rightfully due after separation.
I am sharing this experience so that prospective employees and clients are aware of how employee exits and dues may be handled. I sincerely hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its internal processes, communication standards, and ethical responsibility toward employees.
