I submitted a query and was asked to provide all my details. After doing so, I was informed that the firm could not assist, without any explanation. I subsequently requested clarification but did not receive a response. Additionally, none of the emails contained a name or signature, which did not convey a professional standard of communication.

We cannot thank Carmen and Ella enough for thier work throughout what was a very challenging transaction. With a long and complicated chain and multiple solicitors involved, there were plenty of opportunities for things to stall or unravel but Carmen was consistently on top of every detail.
She was responsive, clear, and proactive, keeping matters moving even when other parties in the chain were slow or unhelpful. Carmen chased where needed, explained issues in a calm and practical way, and gave us confidence that someone was genuinely managing the legal process rather than just reacting to it.

We used AVRillo for 3 property transactions that completed in 2025. 2 sales, one purchase. Yes, they are slightly more expensive, especially compared to companies up north where we live but they are up front about this and point out that you are paying for the reduced risk of the transaction not going to completion because of delays or non-action. When you factor in the cost of a failed transaction, the slightly more expensive fees are a no-brainer. We had Karen handle all our business and she was excellent. In the number of months we were involved in these transactions, there wasn't a single time I had to wait more than a couple of hours, at most, for her to respond to my (numerous) queries with patient, straightforward answers. I felt that I could really trust her, which is so important considering what's at stake. I could have saved a little by going with a local conveyancer but I've gone with AVRillo 3 times and would never use anyone else in future. I know that other people in our chain had all sorts of issues with their conveyancers which must be seriously stressful on top of all else going on. Thank you Karen, and all your team. All your efforts remain greatly appreciated.
