Mitchell and his team did an amazing job for my mother-in-law replacing her garage roof. I was not able to be there but Mitchell sent me photos every step of the way and checked with me when he found that the facia board on the side needed replacing. Scaffolding went up nice and easy, the team came in and did the job in just a matter of days, scaffolding down in a day, cleared all away. The main plus point was their flexibility and customer service. The original job was worse than expected and needed all the tiles removed. They worked with us giving a number of options and were very generous with their time. I'm sure they'll be in great demand with all the foul weather we've had. We have a lovely dry house now, thank you.

Mitchell and team replaced the slate roof of our house in Bournemouth. The guys were all friendly and polite and all worked really hard every day. Mitchell’s communication before and during was great and they tidied up after they’d finished the job. I would recommend them.
Excellent service, prompt, efficient and reliable. Knew exactly how to rectify an issue I had and did it with an exceptional level of professionalism and to budget. HIGHLY recommend and will definately use again.
Mitchell at Avon home improvements had to fix a leaking flat roof. On starting they found 3 flat roofs in total whereby previous roofers had constructed a roof on top of the previous one. All 3 roofs had to be ripped off with a whole new frame required on which to build the flat roof. Pictures were provided as the work was carried out but I also physically inspected work on a daily basis. A 3 layer torch on felt flat roof was laid and adjoining slate tiles were replaced. The job at 14 square metres was not large but location and access made it very challenging. They were professional and standard of work was very high.
I had my roof de-mossed, valleys repaired & treated with biocide. Brilliant results. Mitchell and team I found to be very professional , cleaned up after. Costs were very good, would definitely recommend and would use again.
Mitchell and the crew did a fantastic job, completely on replacing our old and damaged roof. Efficient, diligent, tidy and friendly. Mitchell clearly knows his trade inside out and demonstrated his experience throughout.
From surveying the roof, to providing good comprehensive quote, to being quick with every part of the process, I was very happy him and the team who were polite friendly and exceeded my expectations.
The roof is now solid, watertight and vented and it was all hassle free and interesting to see it all happen.
