I just had my popcorn ceiling removed and Bob put in a new ceiling that is just fabulous. It was high ceilings and certainly challenging. He did a great job, finished on time, which is amazing compared to my other contracting jobs I’ve had done since I’ve been in FL. He does the right thing and is someone you can trust. At first, I was unsure because their quote wasn’t the cheapest, but I decided to go ahead. Watching them work made it clear where the cost was going. They didn’t cut corners, literally or figuratively. There was one moment where I thought they missed a spot behind a door, but they had actually left it for the final coat. That level of planning impressed me. Communication was straightforward, no confusing terms or hidden costs. The end result looks clean and consistent throughout the space. Wow, we have found the best painters in Florida. We had a house painted and it is absolutely beautiful. I’ve had houses painted for 30 years up north on my rentals, and I have never seen painters that really take pride in their painting! I am so happy we found them. I will never lose their card. I found Avitar by reading local reviews, which were great. And indeed, Bob has earned them. He is punctual, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and goes THE EXTRA MILE. He really cares about doing it right. We have had him in for two major projects…patio pressure wash and paint, and Master Bath removal of wallpaper, priming and painting. He even caulked and painted the baseboards, and the bathroom door! If he sees something additional that needs done to make things look the best, he’ll do it. Care like that is rare and refreshing. Our second project was painting of interior walls. Once partly done, we could see we misjudged and actually needed additional walls, which he completed with no hesitation, and added only a minor cost update. He did “extra mile” painting on door trim that was dog-damaged, and painted three bedroom and bathroom doors, just to make the job that much more complete and attractive. We are having him back again soon for more work. Bob and his helper, Ovie, are worth every penny. We cannot recommend Avitar highly enough. They made a stressful process much easier and we truly appreciate them and their excellent work.

Avitar Painting did a fantastic job. I only needed the front and the 2 sides painted. Bob and his crew did an excellent job prepping my house for painting. They removed all my gutter downspouts so they could paint behind them. They pressure washed the walls. Like I said they did a fantastic job. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if I needed my repainted. I highly recommend for anyone future house painting.
