We did the North Beach Food tour and had a great time! It was fun to mix some Italian with Asian cuisine. Everything was delicious and Evan was a great guide, sprinkling in history tidbits as we went along. It was fun to spend an afternoon eating and chatting with many other nice people and took all the guesswork out of which place to choose!
What a great evening spent touring the Flat Iron district in NYC. This was an event with some work colleagues. We toured 3 different restaurants and sampled some yummy food. The best part was our tour guide Ruby. She was so energetic and engaging. Not only did we get to eat and fellowship but she threw in some fun table conversation starters and quizzes. It was a great way to engage the entire group. She did a great job. I would definitely do this again especially if Ruby was our guide.
We had a fantastic experience on the North Beach tour with Evan. It felt more like we were out for an afternoon with a friend than a tour guide we'd only just met. Food was fantastic. Conversation was excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun afternoon in San Francisco.
My team did an interactive dinner with Yasmin at Chaplin's in DC and it was very successful. The team all said it was much more exciting and engaging than a typical corporate dinner and it wasn't something that they'd normally do, so it felt like a special experience. There was a LOT of delicious food and drinks, as well as a private room just for our party of 15. Everyone had fun with the surprise ending as well. Yasmin was an excellent host and gave our group lots of space for casual conversation while popping in for the interactive activities at the appropriate time. She struck a good balance of structured activities and unstructured conversation for our team to connect after a full day of structured programming.
I would highly recommend Avital's interactive dinner to anyone looking for a way to spruce up your team's dinner and help them connect.
