Caught a Tyler the Creator show here and it was amazing. The only thing I would change is put a screen on the back for the folks on the backside because there were times I couldn't even tell what was going on.

Easy to park, smooth entry, lots of options to eat and drink. Can be a little confusing finding your seat but the staff are super friendly and ready to help you.

Obviously it's not Chicago stadium but it's definitely right up there. Many great shows. Great venue all around. Good sound quality. Always love seeing bands and basketball games and hockey games there

Great venue to see a concert. Staff is friendly. Prices are a little high, but that's expected.

Was there for the Windy City Smokeout Festival. It would have been nice if they would allow patrons access to the UC for cooling. They only had 1 party bus to use as a cooling station, and it was always packed. They could open the atrium area and have security there to make sure people stay where they are supposed to, and have a greater area for Festival goers to get out of the heat.
