Anthony was here to install a new Kinetico water softener and also took care of a toilet tank issue. He worked diligently, was kind and also very considerate with cleaning up any mess. The 2 Chris’ who were out prior to install were also excellent. My issue that another company caused was figured out immediately by them. I will most definitely will use them going forward.

Water system tecnician Anthony Collins was VERY knowledgable, professional, and super friendly. He completed my 2025 annual maintenance/service appointment, thoroughly checking all aspects of my reverse osmosis, water softener, and iron filtration systems. After determining that all were functioning properly and no filters warranted replacing, he tested the water quality from my tap and reverse osmosis faucets, and the exceptional numbers further confirmed his assessment.

I was concerned that our water softener was not regenerating properly. Mark thoroughly explained how this works and ran the system through a regeneration. He also checked the water quality to ensure the system is working as it should.

The technician came out today. He installed a kitchen faucet and checked on my entire water system. Unfortunately, I had not been diligent in maintaining the entire system as my husband was very ill with kidney failure and passed away. It’s been 5 years and being in the grief bubble, I simply forgot about this water system. I am upgrading next week and I vow to something’s better!! I have the Kinetico line with CGC components. I really appreciated the guy explaining how the system operates and what the large filters do in maintaining a solid, great working system. I am very grateful for CGC, and the entire staff of technicians! It should operate well for another 25 years! (Most likely, I won’t!! LOL!)

Anthony arrived on time and was courteous, friendly and professional. He did a very thorough job analyzing the condition of our water then checking both our iron filter and water softener. He was anle to identify the problems within each unit and identify the parts requiring replacement. The parts were ordered from the CGC warehouse and are scheduled for replacement on Monday.
