Heat Pumps done right Huge thanks to Sean from Aventus Eco — professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. The heat pump he installed is a massive upgrade from my old gas boiler: my flat is now warm, comfortable, and affordable to heat, with a COP of 4.26 in November. The outdoor unit is silent and even looks good. If you want comfort and efficiency while doing right by the planet, heat pumps are the way to go. Highly recommend!

You would have to look far and wide to find a Company as helpful as Aventus Eco . Sean from Aventus was able to face time my dad and talk him through concerns about how his air source heat pump was performing during cold weather . Exactly as the process should be – right from start to finish Aventus Eco fitted solar panels, battery storage and an air-source heat pump, and the whole experience has been great. There was no hard sell from these guys, just lots of advice from people who clearly care about what they do, their business and their reputation. They took the time to get the design right for my home, including properly working out our power use and heat loss and sizing everything accordingly. The solar panels were a no brainer, but Aventus suggested right sizing the solar panels and adding battery storage. Home energy when the sun’s not shining – brilliant. It’s working flawlessly. The heat pump means I’m no longer dependent on global oil and I’ve cut my carbon footprint. Heat pumps get a lot of bad press, often due to hard-sell companies pushing numbers rather than doing the job properly. The difference here is the care Aventus put in, and the work they have done with Heat Geek and their accreditation process (check their Youtube videos). That was the deciding factor. None of the other companies I spoke to had it. It gave me real confidence everything would be set up properly — and it shows. Originally, I wanted to keep the oil boiler “just in case”. I’m glad I took the leap to ditch it and trust the Aventus design. The house is comfortable and warm throughout. Neat install, great communication, and they made the grant process easy. Aventus Eco combine technical know-how with genuine customer care, and I’d happily recommend them. Thanks. Genuinely.

Great experience using Aventus Eco to install a Heat pump at our terraced home. Very efficient from start to finish from Sean & co, took 4 days and we’re really happy with how it’s working. Outstanding service, difficult decision to make to change to air source heat pump especially give the level of misinformation. Sean/Aventus Eco were outstanding in helping me explore and decide that this was right solution. Additionally it involved full house re-plumb because of problems with the old system, This was handled sensitively and professionally by all the members of the team with Sean setting very high expectations for everyone. I had hesitated because of the level of disruption but in fact it all went very smoothly. Thank you Sean/Aventis Eco and your team. He took the time to help, explained everything so well despite it being a small job. He arranged for an electrican to come and checked in afterwards. Aventus Eco installed solar panels and a battery and all went like clockwork. Now running virtually all day on a few £ of off peak electricity (Octopus) and the rest is solar feeding into the battery. Very pleased with the result and the thorough job done by Aventus Eco.

We initially had Sean over to provide a quote, and as we didn’t know much about heat pumps, he explained everything clearly and in a way we could easily understand. He emphasized the importance of proper heat loss calculations for our property, which helped us determine which existing radiators we could keep. Sean also walked us through how the system would operate once installed and shared tips on how to get the best efficiency from it. When the team came to install the system, the entire process was incredibly streamlined and completed in just three days. The guys made sure to cover all our carpets and left the place spotless. I can honestly say Sean and his team were fantastic—our heat pump is now up and running, and even on the coldest days, our energy usage is nearly half compared to gas. Although we’ve needed to tweak a few settings, Sean took the time to show us exactly how to adjust everything. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone.
