Nice Lady but terribly unprofessional. Waited 45 minutes to be seen, only to have her children, aka interns, come out of her office. There is no staff just her. In way over her head! I question her authenticity as a Dr š¤

I havenāt been to the doctor in 10+ years for anything other than a quick vaccination or immediate care for sickness due to a lot of fear and mistrust in the medical system as a Black biracial women. However, Dr. Bailey put many fears to rest. As a practitioner, was everything I hoped for and was afraid I wouldnāt find. She was kind, nonjudgmental, efficient, helpful, heard my concerns, referred me as needed, and took a lot of time to make sure I felt comfortable and was able to share everything. She was very knowledgeable and Iām looking forward to continuing my care with her.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been by far the worst experience Iāve ever had with a medical practice. Dr. Bailey is unresponsive, gives the runaround, and often forgets what sheās told me. I constantly have to remind her of important details, which is frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional. Appointments feel disorganized, communication is poor, and itās clear that patient care is not a priority. This has wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a patient. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this practice

Dr. Bailey is great. She is knowledgeable, articulate, thoughtful, kind. She listens and doesnāt rush your explanations. She remembers the small details and gets the whole picture. Dr. Bailey is a pleasure to have as a practitioner!
