He took the time to understand my needs and suggested the right type of cameras and exactly how many were needed — no pressure, just honest and practical advice.
The installation team, Sajjal and Jatin, were fantastic. They were both very professional, arrived on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. The whole process was smooth and finished in one go without any mess or issues.
Really impressed with the service and the quality of work. Everything is working perfectly, and I feel a lot more secure now. Definitely a 5-star experience — would happily recommend them to anyone looking for security camera installation.
Excellent customer service from Varun. In fact we are not even a customer, but Varun provided us service at no cost. Our CCTV system was set up by a different company a few years ago and that company is no more in the market/disappeared. We needed to reset our access details. When we called Auztech, Varun was kind enough to help over the phone/whatsapp. He spent good amount of time guiding us in resetting/setting up access. When we insisted for an invoice for his charges he politely said NO CHARGES. I can imagine if this level of service is provided to a non-customer, what is the level of service they provide to their customers. Really professional and courteous. I highly recommend Auztech. Quick responsiveness and very competent people. They took the time to ensure everything was working, and patiently explained my security system to me. They came fully prepared and were professional throughout. Especially, Jatin is very professional he took time and explained each and every thing to me I appreciate that Overall highly recommended.
I’m very happy with the service and communication from the team. Vin and Sajal assisted me throughout the entire process — from organising all the quotes, to completing the wiring during the frame stage, and later returning to finish the installation of the CCTV and alarm systems. Both Vin and Sajal were extremely professional and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Sajal even came back to set everything up properly once the internet service issue was resolved, which I really appreciated. Their commitment to ensuring everything was working perfectly was outstanding. Highly recommend their service!
