Left my Golf R in with a slight oil leak. They diagnosed a deeper issue which they sorted with regular updates and sorted the issue. Highly recommended and quality workmanship, I'll definitely be using Auto Tribe for my regular services again.

We had a breakdown just a few miles from the garage and contacted Auto Tribe NI for emergency towing. After a phone call, we sent an email with the car’s location as instructed and called them again, we were then told we’d get a call back in 10 minutes with details of car transportation. Forty minutes later, after calling again, the same person claimed not to know who we were. He said that lorry driver is in Dublin, so they cannot transport our car! We ended up wasting an hour waiting for unprofessional, ignorant service. Definitely do not recommend. There are many more better recovery services nearby.

I can honestly say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! These lads were fantastic, we agreed a price and they agreed to valet and service the car! They did exactly what they said, no hassle or push back! a small issue with a sensor developed a week or so later, I contacted the owner, he took the car straight back and fixed it the same day!! I genuinely have never dealt with such a genuine, decent owner relating to buying a used car!! I can see why they are always busy!! I Would be hard pushed to buy a car anywhere else in the future!! Exceptional! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

This garage is amazing! My sons car had been into another garage with clutch trouble. He paid a lot of money over the last couple of years and it still wasn't fixed. Autotribe took his car in, stripped it down and sorted the problem. We were given updates as they went along and prices were very reasonable. The staff were lovely. Lisa at reception, and Michael, both communicated really well with us and were both polite and professional. We'll definitely be using them again the future.

Took my car down to get a front end conversion roof painted and a few bits matched, communication was on point, price was fair usually companies like to charge extortionate prices for these custom jobs but all in all i felt the price was good, going on to the quality of work its unmatched every detail was looked into bumper had no sag and lined up well with the wings the match was spot on everything and gloss black roof also came back spectacular ill be bringing my cars for further work wether here wether its mechanical or cosmetic.

2 week before my mot and service the water pump blew in the engine and the garage that had the vehicle booked for the service unfortunately couldn’t accommodate me any earlier. Audotribe Lisburn thankfully took the car in within a couple of days and had it fixed, serviced and mot ready in 24hrs. Very reasonably priced considering the car was picked up on a flatbed from the house as well. Friendly and efficient. Will definitely keep their number for future use.

Put a post on Facebook yesterday evening looking a mechanic. Autotribe commented they would be available next day. They got my car recovered the next morning and had it fixed by 3pm. Amazing service from the recovery guy and the mechanics themselves. Very polite and friendly. Very impressed with the service I received and will definitely use again and recommend to everyone.

To Lisa and her husband at Auto tribe NI have been absolute legends Rang these guys having issues with my partners car with in the hour they send a recovery lorry out Took the jeep to be fixed had it back with us with in 24hours driving the very best Then they took my van in a few days later had a few different things done to it had it back with in a few hours doing what it’s supposed to do couldn’t be happier with the work these guys pulled off Lisa also updates you the whole way through the work 10/10 service Won’t be using anyone else but these guys in foreseeable All work has been carried out to a high standard and best part not hard to paid!!
