I’ve reviewed the photos you sent. We worked on your car as well as your mom's car on April 15th. To help me investigate exactly what happened during the session, could you provide the timestamp or the date these were taken? Since we were working in such a tight window for your appointment, I need to verify if these spots were present at the time of pick-up so I can address the workflow issue with my team.
We typically perform a final walkthrough to catch these things, and since we missed them while rushing to get you to your doctor, I want to make sure I have the full picture of the vehicle's condition immediately following the service."

"I take documentation very seriously at Autotechniqz. I have timestamped photos from the date of service (April 15th) showing the vehicle in a professional, finished state at the service location.
The photos uploaded with this review appear to be taken at a different time and location, and the client was unable to provide timestamps to verify they represent the car as I delivered it. While I am always happy to correct legitimate service errors, I cannot offer refunds for the condition of a vehicle weeks after it has left my care. My priority remains providing high-quality, professional results for all my clients."
