Revised oroginal review to Update: They just called me to let me know that due to the miscommunication they processed a refund for the $150. Which is so unbelievable to me! I am not used to businesses handling things fairly. Thank you AutoSpa360. You showed alot of integrity and I appreciate you looking into and handling this so nicely for me.
Work was done very well. The price was high. To remove my passenger seat and deep clean it, from 2 large Starbucks that were spilled in it, was more than a full interior detail ($349) Also, they would have charged the full cost of the interior detail if I wanted to add that to my job. They called awhile after I left to change the scope of the job because I had leather seats, which I told them on the phone when I got the original quote ($375), and it cost me an extra $150. If not for that I would have given 5 stars. The customer service was great and the place was clean and orderly. I'll take my time calling around next time though for a better price.

Fantastic service. Scheduling online was easy. I dropped off my vehicle at the appt time and was given ample notice for when it would be ready for pick up. They did a great job at cleaning out the everyday yuck that builds up in a car and left it smelling fresh and clean. They even left me a first aid kit! I will definitely be back.

Expensive but great job removing tree sap that was all over my car. Only disappointment is that they didn't remove hard water spots from side mirrors - seems like that wouldn't be missed on a full interior/exterior detail. Spendy due to extra labor that was needed but very satisfied overall and will go back.

Attention to detail to the max! Spotless vehicle after getting detail with ceramic coating. The coating helps the car exterior stay cleaner, longer. No more dusty water spots! Also got window tint that was fast and high quality. Staff was friendly and professional.

I had an awesome experience with my new X3 so I took my black Mini Cooper S for the 5 year ceramic coating. My expectations were far exceeded and it looks brand new and awesome. If you want your car done like mine, go see Bobby, Barrett and AutoSpa 360 crew. You will not regret it. Thanks.

Had them wrap full front and a few custom pieces in PPF film. They did fantastic job, quality of the film if superior. Best one I’ve seen in town. I’ve had multiple cars wrapped at different places and this one is the best I’ve ever had. Also, they treated all the plastics in with a special chemical and they look like new from factory, none of that grease back to back stuff, just clean new plastic look that stay that way for few years on my other cars, I’m sure it will on this one too. Keep up the good work AutoSpa!

Had my second truck done here. Now they do paint protection film here (ppf). So I had them do ppf and ceramic coating, on body panels and wheels. For ppf they did whole front and rocker panels. Truck looks amazing and is now protected from rock chips. These guys stand behind their work and had no problem fixing a few problem spots. I had a few paint chips prior to coming here their touch up can not be found, very professionally done.

The vehicle arrived with a significant amount of spilled paint throughout the interior. Paint removal is not part of a standard detailing service and would require several additional hours of specialized work and chemicals beyond the scheduled appointment
This was clearly explained at the time of the visit to the customer. No service was performed. The customer was not charged for the Detail and the customer chose to leave rather than proceed with a customer service outside the scope of their booking.
We believe in transparency, fair pricing, setting clear expectations and we stand behind our policies and the quality of work we provide.

I never thought the truck could possibly get this clean! We took it to the body shop due to a leak that was bringing on water. After they were done they recommended we take it to Auto Spa 360. Thankfully they let us know it needed a dehumidifier too. WOW was I shock when I picked it up, the cab looked brand new, and it was 9 years old! I was speechless!!
