I’ve never known a towing company to be so professional and caring. He was friendly and made small talk even though it was late at night. He asked about the spare tire beforehand to make it an easier fix. When I followed up for a detailed invoice to give to insurance, they sent it over right away and followed up to check that I got it. If that’s not above and beyond service, I don’t know what is.
