Chris the owner handled my interaction. He came across as honest, caring and fair. He provided a good assessment of the the electrical problem even though he could not fix the problem and recommended I take it to Audi for further diagnosis and repair.

Had issues with a jeep I just bought less than a month ago limped it from Nashville to Murfreesboro to them after reading thier reviews the are amazing and treated me and my family with respect great prices good work Ryan and Chris I highly recommend they took no time to come out look at my car and diagnosed and fixed in less than 24 hours

I called ATL Total Car Care and Chris was a MAJOR help!! Another mechanic in Murfreesboro told us we had to spend $600+ in drain the gas tank (put the wrong fuel in the car). Chris gave his expertise on the gas fuel issue and saved us over $600. Thanks again Chris!!

I randomly found this shop via Google. Read reviews looked good so went there. Definitely good. I’m a very satisfied customer . They were thorough and helpful at a great price. Honest,respectful and professional. Car operates much better than before . In my situation they very easily could have charged much more for one issue but they proactively found a much less expensive alternative. Honestly , I typically only come post reviews when I’m mad so they are always negative but this place is worth 5 stars. I was that impressed and satisfied. I’ll definitely return when I need repair again.

Extremely affordable car care! They work in a very timely manner and are great at what they do. I had a diagnostic inspection and they brought me back to go into detail about information regarding the health of my car while also being very realistic about longevity and urgency. They'll tell you if there is something that needs to be done asap, or if it can wait and keeps the cost in mind to help ease customers when it comes to cost.

They take their time, but work efficiently, and take care to explain what exactly they’re doing. And they charge a reasonable price. Best of all, their mechanic loves what he does, and that makes all the difference.

These guys are the best!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable, and honest! Had a quote from another company thought it was high, took my car to these guys and they saved me hundreds! Definitely recommend!!

Made an appointment for them to fix my tire cause I had a flat tire, and i wanted go ahead and do an oil change and check my breaks. They do the oil change but don’t plug the tire, then tell me my breaks are fine. So I had to go else where to get my tire fixed when the whole point of the appointment was my flat. They also told me my breaks are fine, when other places which I had to go to, to get my tire fixed told me that I need new breaks and even new rotors. I went to this business before and it was fine, but not sure I’ll go back after this.
