We bought our Winnebago here brand new two years ago and bought the extended warranty. Second time having to service it. Heater and hot water tank are not working, and the microwave is falling out. Two and a half months to get a repair apt. Dropped it off last week and are told two wks before a technician will even lay eyes on it. Now we are told they are running behind and to add another week. Worst customer service in repairs I have ever seen. Our entire summer camping has been wasted waiting on them.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2024 Pleasure-Way Plateau TS from Johnson RV. We had visited other dealers, but got the distinct impression that Class B units were a sideline, and not a focus of their business, and their answers to questions did not inspire confidence. Our experience with Johnson RV was just the opposite.
While the final purchase was from the Sandy, Oregon store, the entire transaction was set up in the Fife store. Our initial contact was with Pavel, who spent an inordinate amount of time with us just talking through the possibilities and showing us specific units that best met our needs. When we stopped back in with additional questions and Pavel was out for the day, Wai stepped in and very ably provided information that helped us narrow our focus further. Finally, Chris was able to pull the entire deal together with a unit available in Oregon.
We have nothing but appreciation for the entire staff involved in the experience. It was obviously a major purchase, and we greatly appreciated the low key way everyone involved approached the transaction.

Michelle Berry, as well as "Kevin" and Arielle Vanwey, were a pleasure to work with when purchasing our new-to-us travel trailer. They were very accommodating, including the service staff who went above and beyond to make sure our rig was properly set up to tow. We spent almost 2 hr with Michelle Berry, looking at 3 different RVs at some length. Michelle was, without doubt, the most knowledgeable person and easy-to-talk to person we have met in any of our visits to dealers in 4 states and 1 province. This company does not stand by their work. They replaced the roof and nose of my trailer last year, less than a year later it started leaking and growing mold on the inside of the front end. I brought it back to them and they have had it for months and now they are telling me they will not fix it. I spent 20k on a trailer I now cannot use.
They have had our son in laws brand new trailer for over a month. To fix leaks! Communication is non existant.
Needless to say this is totally unacceptable, I do not recommend this place.
My salesperson, Michelle Berry, was GREAT to work with! If she didn't have the answer, she found the answer. AND responded very promptly to my various emails!

Michelle is a super knowable & professional sales with Johnson RV in Fife location. After initial conversation, she understood what I needed. She never pushed me, but kept to provide a lot of detail information regarding different brand/models for me until I made the final decision. I already got my RV for more than two weeks. Turned in 2023 RV for service 4 months ago. Still waiting for another indefinite time to have it fixed. Super slow service, which waists thousands of $ in monthly payments, because RV is out of commission, while they are "working" on it.
