After more than a month of trying to diagnose a strange vibration in my car, and after two other workshops failed to identify the problem, I brought it to Autopolis. Hugo personally took ownership of my case and refused to give up until he found the root cause, all while helping me keep costs under control.
Unfortunately, the diagnosis revealed a catastrophic engine failure that had likely been developing for years. What was particularly concerning was that metal shavings were present in the oil, something that had apparently been missed during multiple previous oil changes at other garages. The engine could have failed at any time.
While the outcome was that the car had to be scrapped, I am genuinely grateful to Hugo and the team. Their thorough diagnosis potentially saved me from a much more serious situation had the engine failed while I was driving. Their expertise, persistence, honesty, and professionalism were outstanding.
A special thank you to Hugo for his dedication, transparency, and determination to get to the bottom of the issue. Even though the diagnosis was not the outcome I had hoped for, having someone who genuinely cared about finding the truth rather than suggesting unnecessary repairs gave me complete confidence in his work.

It was my first time going to Autopolis, and I have to say that I was very well impressed by the service and professionalism! I have a Toyota RAV4 , 2nd a hand car and they did a very good job! I had to change the tyres, and they gave a very reasonable price for a good brand.
Also they answered to all my questions.
It’s very easy to communicate with them.
They didn’t come up trying to sell expensive or unwanted spare parts!
They did better, a full checkup for what was needed, and after the maintenance, I can feel the car better aligned, and safe driving.

The Vehicle Kudali
I contacted the garage for a simple quote of Oil change for my SUV. The customer service rep, refused to proceed further without the Vehicle VIN number.
When questioned why they needed the VIN number, The rep said that's how they work.
The question I need to ask the Garage is why do you need to VIN for a simple garage when you have car model and make? Why do you need the VIN when the customer is telling you that its 5W30 oil - 6 lts.
And most of all how many customers go around memorizing their VIN numbers ?

On the hunt for a new garage I came across an adv and i dropped by.
my issue was addressed and was not brushed off compared to other garages since its a brake issue.
I was given proper consultation and a first
step solution before a major repair which saves me alot of money ( New part 12k aed from agency and used 3k from sharjah without the installation).
I believe i have found the garage that will service my car henceforth.

I have visited 2 times for major and minor service + plus some small suspension-related works, and so far no reasons to complain.
The garage is spacious, clean and tidy. The personnel and management are very nice.
The quality of their work seems to be very good (I am not expert but no issues so far) and the pricing is truly decent.

This was a very unprofessional experience. I had an appointment scheduled from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, and I was informed that the garage would remain open until 5:00 PM. I paid for vehicle recovery to have my car transported there, and I arrived at 3:30 PM—well within the stated hours—only to find that the garage was already closed.
