We've had a great experience with Automatic Climate for nearly 10 years. Most recently our AC stopped working during a brutally hot week. I tried all of the solutions I knew to do but no improvement. They got Ryan out to us within 36 hours and he was great. Extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. He resolved our issue quickly and explained the problems and the pricing very thoroughly. We need some further work done soon and I'm hoping Ryan can be the one to help us because he really was great. (Though I can't remember a tech from Automatic Climate that I didn't appreciate)

Joseph was super communicative regarding his status prior to arriving. When he got to our house, he took a great deal of time to listen to issues we were having (which are a LOT) and asked great questions as I showed him where everything was. As he inspected and serviced both of our HVAC systems, he took pictures and sent them to me. Afterwards, he took a great deal of time walking me through all of things he did and all of things he saw as needed. He again took a great deal of time working up many different quotes based on various different approaches to fixing our system we discussed. Overall, I could not have expected this kind of time and thoughtfulness and can't recommend him and Automatic Climate enough.

I had a great experience with Automatic Climate today. Tech arrived right on time and called 30 minutes before he arrived. I knew when he called I made a good choice. We had a leak inside our store. Property manager claimed the roofers were there and it was not a roof leak. Once on site Michael the tech confirmed there was no leak coming from the HVAC. He then let me know his insight on where the water came from providing pictures and detailed explanation over the phone. I work in our corporate office and have to rely on people like Michael when these issues crop up. I surely appreciate his help today and will be using this company again.
