The entire team at AL has been excellent since the first phone call about adding security cameras to remotely monitor a property. Don even suggested some wifi upgrades to deal with a cell reception dead zone. Any questions, issues, setup, followup has been handled promptly and courteously. Highly recommend.
AL has been working with us since 2021, and recently upgraded our main television, installed stand-up speakers and moved and hung a new TV in our basement.
Don helped me choose the nee TV, and it was delivered and installed w/in a week.

They set up our house with a flawless, high speed network so that every point in our house has screaming Internet speeds. Their equipment is much better than the consumer-grade equipment that you can buy in the Box Stores.
Their support service is mind-blowing. We lost our Internet at night. When I called them the next morning, Don was at our house with replacement equipment within an hour, same day! He did a complete troubleshooting evaluation of our system and network and completely resolved our Internet loss. We are back to raging speeds.

Excellent experience. A couple years ago, we used Automated Living to update our home sound system with Sonos. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I own a small business in Missoula and had Automated Living install TV's at my business and my home this past month and couldn't be happier with the experience.
They had great recommendations, helped me figure out the best options for what I was looking for and I never felt they were pushy or stacking up costs. Very professional and quick service as well.
There was even an issue with one of the TV's installed (Not their fault, just a faulty TV) and they got it replaced right away - Just in time for NBA playoffs!

Don and Nick(?) came in to do a TV mount install above our fireplace. With the uneven surface and tools needed, I decided to call the pros and I'm glad I did. These guys were clean, professional, and fast. They were extremely respectful of our space and the install turned out exactly how we wanted it.
