The gentleman was very professional and the job was done very quick. Booked and installed on the same day and even came out very late at night to complete the installation. Took time to explain the process and for me to understand it. Will 100% get other family members to use this company for there cars.

The engineer arrived a bit late due to other jobs, but kept me up-to-date on his arrival time which I appreciated. Once here, he got on with fitting the ghost immobiliser and the tracker. He was finished in an hour and then talked me through how each one worked. Tried it myself and was very impressed. The job completed with no mess, clean and tidy throughout the process. I would recommend them and the price was even better. I've since tried the system a number of times and it has proved easy to use. Well done Lock and Track!

Lock and Track did an amazing job of fitting a Ghost 2 Immobiliser and Scorption S5 to my car today, they showed up exactly on time, fitted them both very quickly, and spent time with me showing how everything worked,
They even set up my Scorpion account for me as well as gave me everything I needed to use the two devices properly, and showed me all of their after care services,

Lock and Track provided me with an exceptional service. They responded quickly to my initial query by calling me back to discuss my requirements and unlike some other car security companies they were able to provide the installation of a Ghost 2 and a Scorpion 5 Tracker (S5) on a Sunday which was convenient for me considering my other commitments. The installer, Dee, arrived on time, and he was friendly, knowledgable, professional and he took his time to explain everything to me. Dee was extremely thorough and he answered all my questions as well as making sure that I was able to use the Ghost 2 before he left. There was a slight signalling issue with the S5, and Dee was happy to return the next day to resolve the issue with the supplier, Scorpion. I have no complaints and I would highly recommend Lock and Track to anybody with car security requirements.
