Lotus elise no start Graham called out to a car nobody wanted to look at ie his competitors despite their website claims he figured out the issue with the key phob and immobiliser car is starting and alarm working perfectly I can't rate his service highly enough this man and his company is the place to go for auto key issues no question his knowledge and experience was very clear to see

Couldn’t rate these lads any higher - my Qashqai had worn down the key blades, once I had the key code these guys had the key blades cut and in the keys in less than 10 mins. Great and friendly gent looking after me, purely focused on problem solving, I know where I’ll be going for anything in future 👍

Had an issue with my car ignition jamming and the key wouldn’t turn. Car was stuck in a hotel car park. Graham brought me back out there, and got it fixed in about 30 minutes. Excellent service. Would highly recommend Auto Lock to anyone needing it.

My key problem solved Called in on spec to see if I could get a spare car key cut. Although staff were busy they offered immediate help. They were able to do the key there and then which was exactly what I had hoped for. I walked out in a few minutes with a spare key which I had been meaning to get for about a year. It’s not easy to find this kind of service and I was impressed with the way this business ran..I would recommend using them to anyone looking for help with a key issue.

Had an issue with the electronic steering lock and a mercedes c class. Graham was very helpful and had the emulator installed and the car back running again. Huge thanks saved a fortune over installing a new lockset.

I had an issue with the immobiliser on my daughter’s car, the key chip wasn’t reading when turning the ignition on. The key read fine on their machine though. The lads organised a house call and it took less than 5 minutes to get the car started. These are an invaluable service to D15 area. Thanks again.
