Came in to get my brake pads and discs changed and couldn’t be happier with the service. The owner is a really friendly, down-to-earth guy who made the whole process easy and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, the work was done quickly, and the price was fair too.
It’s hard to find a garage you can genuinely trust these days, but Auto King in Bethnal Green is definitely one of them. Great customer service, honest advice, and quality workmanship. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back for any future work on my car.
I am disappointed with the service here. I brought my car in because the air conditioning was not working. They charged me £80 to re-gas the system.However, by the time I drove home (15 minutes) the air conditioning was blowing hot air again. A proper diagnostic should have been done to check for leaks before simply filling it with gas and charging me. Now I am out £80 and my car still has the exact same problem.I feel ripped off and will not be returning. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for an honest, thorough mechanic.

With AC systems, regassing is often the first step, as the system needs gas in it for further leak testing and pressure checks to be carried out properly. Our machine automatically detects major leaks during the process, but smaller leaks can sometimes require additional diagnostics that are not picked up straight away. At the time, we were under the impression that the system had simply run low on gas.
Please give us a call and arrange a time to bring the car back in so we can inspect it further and work towards resolving the issue for you.

Went to Auto King Bethnal Green for an AC refill and honestly had a great experience. Umed was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the whole procedure and how the system works, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, efficient, and straightforward.
The management team were also very friendly and welcoming. Being an AA-approved garage gives extra peace of mind, and unlike some garages, they genuinely didn’t come across as the type to push unnecessary work or try to take advantage if you’re not mechanically minded.
Overall, a trustworthy and professional garage with great customer service. I’ll definitely be going back and would happily recommend them to others.

I visited Auto King today and had a really positive experience. The issue with my car was sorted much quicker than I expected, which was a huge relief. Outstanding experience at Auto King. Went in with a taillight we’d bought online and they installed it swiftly. Very friendly and professional service from everyone there. We were offered tea or coffee which was really nice.
*Edit* Visited again yesterday with a busted hub and the guys here couldn’t have been more helpful. They tirelessly searched until they found the part we needed for us and installed it really quickly. Very reasonable price for the efficiency of the work and professionalism of staff.
