Possibly the worst experience i’ve ever had with a doctor. I’ve just cancelled a procedure that I was supposed to have performed tomorrow, because they’ve spent weeks not returning phone calls which they kept telling me I needed beforehand. Phone trees, hold times which, after a while, were sent to messages. Messages unreturned. Even the hospital where I was supposed to get the procedure told me they were having trouble getting hold of them. (See also Mr. Coehlo’s review, and dozens of others, below). Now it’s too late.
Go anywhere else. Anywhere.
Dr Bartek is very compassionate and was very thorough. He spent extra time with me to make sure I understood my diagnosis. I have a head injury and it takes me more time to understand. His staff was also thorough and kind. I highly recommend him and his practice.
Melani Dayal NP, is also wonderful. She answered all of my questions and made suggestions to improve my health. She also had me do two breathing tests. Additionally, I've been referred to a cardiologist to rule out heart issues.
