Seriously, where do I begin? I am leaving a relationship & needed to find a new home quickly. On a random Google search, I happened upon Ross & I am SO grateful that I did! He answered immediately & asked all of the right questions to ensure me he was working for me. When I had the availability to look at the places he found for me (which were in all of the parameters I set), he immediately cleared his schedule & made all of the showing appointments for me. With each location, he politely gave me his opinions & pointed out details I needed to know about each spot. He was quick to communicate with leasing officials & asked questions about the homes that I would have never thought to ask. Honestly, it felt more like working with a family member than working with a stranger off of Google. Ross is insanely knowledgeable & great at what he does. I was insanely anxious about making this next big step & he was clearly in my corner the entire way. I would 100% absolutely recommend Ross to anyone I know - including strangers. While I am in no rush to move again, if needed, Ross is the guy I would choose to help me find my next home. I am beyond grateful for him & his help. I can promise that you will be too!

Hello all, my name is Daniel, I recently used an apartment locator service to assist with finding me an apartment given my background issues. Let me tell you, I was overly surprised with her quick, friendly and helpful response. She was working with other folks but still took the time out to treat me as if I was her first and only customer. It warmed my heart because I was looking for a quick move in after I was denied by another apartment due to back ground issues. I must say, she comforted me and assured she could help and boy was she right. If you’ve never heard of Marlene Quade , please allow me to educate you on this beautiful soul who expedited my apartment move in process to under a week. She kept in contact and actually made me feel like she cared about helping me, which is a huge green flag and really gave me some peace of mind. The worst part about this post is it only has 5 stars, I would give her 10 stars if I could!!!!
