I’ve had exceptional experiences with Dr. Holly Austgen and her team. Dr. Austgen is a warm and caring provider who truly embodies compassion and professionalism. She’s a positive attribute to the community, and her entire team reflects that same level of care. Sam at the front desk is an amazing scheduler and feels like an old friend from the moment you meet her. Shelby, who handles billing and financials, is incredibly helpful and works diligently with insurance, making the process smooth. Every hygienist on staff is also wonderful and extremely supportive. Overall, Dr. Austgen is truly one of the best in the business, and I highly recommend her practice.

I loved my first visit to Austgen family dental! Everyone was very kind and offered immaculate hospitality. Additionally, it was apparent everyone is well trained and knowledgeable on all kinds of dentistry needs! I can’t wait to learn more about my Invisalign treatment.
