Called to have the pipes leaking under a sink fixed and to replace the washer in one of my taps. Plumber was very friendly, informative and efficient. It was fixed for a good price, done very fast, cleaned any mess made during fixing and gave me tips on how to lessen wear and tear on washers in taps. Perfect service :).

Chris was excellent. This was for updating gas stove connection and for testing of gas lines. Chris kept me informed throughout the job, liaised with me regarding minor changes to the work as he went along. The quote was detailed, as was the invoice which helped me understand the scope of work required. He came on time and finished in the timeframe. All in all, am really pleased with the service and the quality of Chris' work.

Deceptive and unreasonable No service provided yet they will not refund the call out fee that I was not told was non refundable. I was told the technician would be here soon and on recalling 90 mins later was told he was stuck on a job and they would give me an hr notice. I asked to cancel and for a refund and was then told it was non refundable. Absolutely ridiculous service and experience. The technician was not event on his way. This was all through an ad that first stated "$0 call out fee today". Completely descriptive.

Please please stop wasting your money producing plastic fridge magnets. There are better ways to advertise. Nobody looks at them, nobody wants them, they end up in landfill or on the streets. You for some reason have gone the extra mile and created two fridge magnets attached to the same letterbox drop. Why?
