Great center! The staff are very approachable and welcoming. My kids absolutely love it here—they’re always excited to go. They treat the children like family, which gives me so much peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Check out all centres. Don't just go by the quick pick up/drop off interactions I'd like to start off with how some of the Staff are absolutely wonderful but.. some need alot of work. There's no communication.. Children are always crying and im talking about hours of constant or on and off crying. Majority pending which room but, majority of the staff will say oh, they had a great day... or 1 will tell you your child had a great day, then if your lucky another will tell the truth. Its absolutely hetic. Parents being told their child was great 5minutes after they have left for the child to still be upset, or hiding etc hours later. But as soon as there's a parent around they will act like everything is perfect. I've over heard a staff member say you know whose crying because their hurt and whose crying for attention. Whilst seeing the children that are crying left to stand/sit whatever by themselves. No care for them even if it was just attention they wanted they should be getting it. I could never work here, or send my child here. When looking at a centre my advice is to turn up unannounced. Go when it's the crazy busy times. Really watch how they interact with your children. Watch how your child interacts with them. Because I promise you sometimes it's not always as it seems. Looks great when you walk in drop off, leave then come for a pickup. Or a couple photos of your kid playing. But definitely not as it seems all the time. Some staff do not speak polite to the children. Instead of please share or please wait your turn, it's an abrupt No or Give that back to..... now. It's many things.. as simple as they forgot to put children's names on things they have made so they will just quietly say to another staff member quickly look for one without a name and just give them that. Just be honest and say we forgot names not sure which one it is. Yes this is only 1 comment but I hope if your considering working or sending your child here, please really look 100% into it. Half these reviews are staff members reviews. I was not going to do a review but now i have personally heard from 3 other families that have had issues and always thought they were a great place until they started doing the pop in visits or staying a little longer then the normal 10min in and out. Best of luck and make sure you really check out centres.

I drive all the way from melton to bring my son to this daycare. He is ALWAYS welcomed with loving arms along with daily updates and photos to let me know how he is throughout the day, even quick responses whenever he has had a little tumble or fall. Without teagan or the team i wouldn't have felt comfterble leaving my son anywhere eles

Over the past 7years I have had all my children attend this service. Every morning upon drop off the team are always welcoming and acknowledges myself and my daughter, even on pick up of my daughter my other two children are greeted and excited to see Teagan and the team, this always puts a smile on their faces. They have been accommodating towards my child’s needs and respects my wishes for my children. I couldn’t highly recommended this service enough.

Don't look anywhere else! This centre is beyond amazing. My son has thrived beyond my wildest expectations and I've even added him on for additional days because he loves it so much. They keep me informed on anything going on with him and always have amazing insight if I'm unsure about something. Such a wonderful centre full of caring and loving staff who encourage nothing but the best for our kids.

Could not speak highly enough of this centre. Since day 1 they have been nothing but supportive, caring and beyond nurturing of my son. Every single staff member makes an effort and knows every kids name. It's so reassuring and I couldn't recommend it more.

Really professional and friendly polite staff , my child started 7months ago and the joy he gets going to day care is heartwarming, children are always engaged with activities with the educators and centre is always doing fun things weekly like yoga or music classes , Thank you ☺️

I don’t usually leave reviews on things unless they really leave an impression on me - this is one of those instances where I absolutely had to! I’ve taken my child to so many different childcare/daycare centres around bacchus melton area and kept running into problems, whether it be low quality staff, small or limited playing areas, poor documentation of my child’s development…however we finally have a winner!!! For about 7 months now, my child has been attending Aussie Kindies and I just keep being more and more impressed. It’s so clear that the staff actually spend time and care, and that’s proven by the interaction when I pick them up. It extends to their amazing reporting system, the photos i get of them playing in big yards, and all the fun activities I hear about being planned/done. I feel at ease knowing that not only my child is being looked after by caring considerate staff, but that they also are learning everyday and not just being baby sat. It’s hard sometimes, to think of not seeing my child flourish and grow throughout the day, but with the photos and reflections I feel like I haven’t missed out.

Over the last 2 years the centre has come such a long way, some lovely new staff have come on board due to centre growth and staff who have been there for years and know all the children and families.. Excellent communication, a wonderful outdoor environment and fun activities for the children each day. We are very happy with the centre 😊

I couldn’t be happier with how well my grandson has settled in at Aussie Kindies. The educators always greet us with a smile and a warm welcome. You can see by the interaction between educators and children how passionate the staff are. A lot of thought goes into the activities the children are offered and the outdoor space is amazing. Lovely management too!

Aussie Kindies, we wouldn’t send our son anywhere else!!!! Management and centre staff have gone above and beyond over the past year, firstly with the transition into starting my son at a day care - I found myself highly anxious. Staff have been super supportive and understanding. Staff are quick to address any concerns that parents have and are always showing such care and encouragement towards each child. My son adores his “teachies”. Staff always have a smile and a simple “hello” and eye contact goes along way each day, knowing your child is with them in their care all day. Well done Aussie Kindies, we are thrilled to have such a great centre so close by.

Highly recommend Aussie Kindies. Our girls went here from 1 to 3 years old and have thoroughly enjoyed the centre and staff. My girls grew confidence, and continued to learn and grow their abilities. The staff are super supportive and encouraging and the kids love it here.

So glad to have found such a wonderful centre. There’s a real focus on learning through play and hands-on experience and all the staff are incredibly caring and engaged with the kids. The outdoor play area has been recently refurbished and has a good range of activities for the kids to experience. Great communication, with daily updates and photos.
