Incompetent Customer Service Team. Got a product that didn't fit my Car and requested for either refund or replacement product, taken 2 weeks of 8 email exchanges and this company still doesn't understand what's wrong and can't even resolve the issue ASAP when I've explained clearly what the problem is with photo evidence provided. Absolutely ridiculous at this point to get anything properly done with their CS Team. (P.S I have addressed the issue more than Twice and Your Customer Service Team member name Olga didn't respond to my last reply, it's Pathetic to say the least)
