We’re sorry to hear you feel this way.

The toggle change on the blind cord takes 10 seconds and is done onsite, something we have in our possession and have offered to do.

Your blinds were installed to meet the required fixing standards for your wall construction. The minor offset was necessary to ensure the product was secure and would not fail due to inadequate wall support.

Our stud finders and magnets onsite show the furring channel is off centre.

We provided a considerable discount on the original quote and offered further site assistance once the outstanding balance was finalised. Our 15-year product and installation warranty is the most comprehensive in Canberra — a reflection of both our workmanship and integrity.

Our team also revisited the site in good faith, and you verbally confirmed satisfaction with the outcome at that time. When concerns were later raised again, we reiterated our willingness to assist once the account was settled, in line with our standard terms of trade.

We only suggested external assistance when the requested relocation would have caused damage to your property — something we could not responsibly undertake.

If the cost of conducting business with honesty and care is the occasional unreasonable review, particularly one that sits in sharp contrast to the hundreds of positive experiences shared by our clients across Canberra, then we’re understanding of that — and remain proud to be regarded as the benchmark for quality blinds and installations in the region.
