Amazing care agency who we used after mum had fallen a few times and needed to be checked on for food intake and to be kept hydrated. Mum Loved all the carers and just wanted to sit and chat for company but it gave me peace of mind she was being cared for if needed. The staff were amazing and I would still like them to come but mum feels she is now able to manage on her own. I will definitely use them again when mums needs change. Five star experience for sure

Aurora Community Care have been awesome. Mike came round to chat with us about their services. My Dad who was more hesitant than me, signed on the dotted line straight away 😂. Mike had everything up and running pretty much straight away and when Dad needed someone to come and give him medication in the morning that was organised ASAP. Hilary and Rachel are lovely (you too Mike) and Dad is very happy. I’m going back to Australia knowing Dad is in good hands. Thanks guys, feel like I’m leaving him with family ❤️

Terrific company, have helped me out with my mum being bed-bound since leaving hospital. I knew nothing about what to do or how to help her. They come once a day and clean and care for her and it takes a lot of pressure off me from looking after her 24/7. All very friendly and helpful staff.

This agency provided the most excellent care to my friend. They treated her with the upmost respect and soon became friends with her. My friend enjoyed their visits and company and many a laugh was had between them. Having this care in her home meant my friend was able to stay in the home she loved. After each visit I received a report on what they had done so I had contact with them every day. If I needed to ask a question I only had to email them and they answered very quickly. It was only when she had a health setback and had to go into hospital and discharged to a nursing home that this care came to an end. I can highly recommend this care agency and will refer them to anyone who needs care in the home.

Aurora provide Home Care for my Nana. They send the same people every time and really help her with her independence. If you are looking for a Care Agency in Worthing I can only recommend them.

At this stage, I can not thank Aurora Community Home Care enough. I was having difficultly getting a care package in place from the hospital for my father, but having contacted Mike at Aurora, he was great at giving me information and got everything in place very quickly indeed. Being new to this kind of situation, it is minefield to know what to do. He arranged for Jodi to contact me the very next morning and by the end of the day, a care package was in place to start, as soon as my father was able to leave hospital. My father has only had three visits at this stage, but we have both been taken a back by the care and compassion shown to both of us. Jodi has been amazing with supporting me as well with adapting to Dad having to have care at home. Thank you so much Aurora !

We’ve been using this care company to support my Dad at home, and from the very beginning they’ve been professional, sensitive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to come to our home, get to know us as a family, and gather all the important information. They even visited my Dad in hospital and spoke directly with his therapist to fully understand his needs. I was especially grateful to Jodie, who asked thoughtful questions I would never have thought of myself. That really reassured us that Dad’s care would be tailored to him. We started with overnight carers and have been very impressed – it’s given my Mum the chance to rest properly, knowing Dad is safe and well looked after. The carers have also taken the time to get to know Dad personally, showing an interest in what he enjoys and encouraging him to do things for himself, which has made a huge difference. We’ve now added a couple of afternoon visits each week so Mum can get out, and once again the carers have been fantastic in their interactions. Having such a supportive and reliable team behind us gives the whole family peace of mind and allows us to focus on making the most of our time with Dad. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
