Please have your IT people adapt your on line ordering program to auto figure taxes, any applicable discounts ( handicap etc. senior ), when order goes to processing, then associating with the cell number ( thereby prompting question ? Do you wish to use VIP points that may be applicable to order ?, after answering., the order should automatically deduct the discounts with any buy 1 second $ 1.00. This would allow buyers a snap shot of total estimated price, which allows for faster processing at windows. Many time I order more after total is known in store. Other suggestion is VIP customers get a birthday treat., The best prices, with best Bud tenders, with finest in choices. FIVE STARS

Hands down the best dispensary in the area!
I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, but none come close to the experience this one offers. What truly sets them apart is their incredible rewards program and user-friendly app — it’s honestly the best in the area.
The rewards program is super generous — every purchase gets you real value back, and it adds up quickly. They always have great promos, exclusive discounts, and early access to new products just for members. I feel like they genuinely appreciate their customers.
Their app makes the whole process so smooth. Browsing the menu, placing orders, tracking rewards — it’s all right there, intuitive and fast. I also love the real-time updates and how easy it is to stay in the loop with new drops and deals.
Add to that their friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean and welcoming storefront, and consistently high-quality products, and you’ve got a dispensary that truly does it all right.

Went in there to shop for some stuff. I don’t know if I was not paying attention, but looking for some indica pre rolls. The girl said these are buy one get one free so I decided to get them. There was two tubes each had one pre roll in it. For 50 dollars. These are the ones she pointed out. I just feel like the people that I had gone to there before were way more helpful. I have been to two guys most of the time. I think I’ll just stick to cosmopolitan, or at least not go to her again.

Great price and rewards. Quality smoke and fast service. Staff very helpful. Love the discount for being a veteran. Other places don't honor us veterans. Was going other places and paying more and waiting in line. Just the reward is worth it.

Bought two of the same gummy edibles. Opened one, ate one and it tasted atrocious. Came back a few days later with the receipt and the other package I bought sealed/locked product and they denied me an exchange. The product is locked and sealed, Only way to open it is to rip the package open. There should be better return policies because if I buy two of something and it’s absolutely horrible, it should be in my right to get an exchange for the product at the bare minimum.

Was my go to Dispo but after tonight I'll never go back. I placed an order online. It was confirmed ready for pick up but when I showed up the price was way more expensive than advertised. I thought it was a glitch in their system because this has happened there before. So I showed the manager my receipt that had tax included and brought up their website which still had the low price advertised. He had me wait around 10 mins while he serviced other customers and then proceeded to tell me that the price is what it is and he would not honor it. I checked later that night and they never updated the website price to reflect what it really is. Out of curtesy I called to inform them so other customers don't waste their time and get disappointed by a bait and switch price but the "manager" was extremely rude and unprofessional and hung up before I even got a word in. It sucks because their customer service use to be soooo good but now I'll drive an extra 20 mins to go else where.

The Best in Grass bag that you ordered had 2 sku’s and unfortunately your online order only attached 1 of the 2 sku’s. We’re also addressing how the situation was managed at the store level.
