I had Optimum cable connecting me to my tv and internet. I wanted to connect a headphone to my tv when I changed my Optimum connection from cable to fiber. I spent a fruitless and aggravating hour with Optimum tech service that produced no results. I was frustrated and discovered Kevin while searching the internet for a professional installer. Kevin was professional, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I got lucky. Kevin did the set up in 10 minutes and I will not hesitate to call again when the need arises.

I have dealt with many in-home AV/home theater companies on Long Island, and by far, Audio Video Protocol Is the best. They confirmed my appointment in advance, and arrived at my house on time. I called them to replace a recessed, speaker, and upon inspection, they identified the problem, fixed it, and told me the speaker did not need to be replaced. Kevin, the tech who I dealt with, was respectful of my home and very professional. I recommend them highly, and will call them for any future audio/visual needs that may arise
