My brother is in hospital as soon as I contacted Audibility Motherwell and explained the situation Michael arranged to meet me at the hospital.He was sensitive to John's needs and explained to him.John was delighted being able to hear gain. Came here with my wife who was being fitted with new hearing aids. Very professional service and thorough explanation throughout the fitting. The hearing aids are quite expensive but that seems to be the nature of the beast.

Audibility Hearing Centre is a must go to for any hearing problems you may have. The hearing centre is run very professionally and you are made to feel welcome as soon as you enter the door. Michael will take the time to examine and explain in detail what the best course of action is after the he has examined you. I cannot rate this hearing centre or the people that run it highly enough. Will be our first port of call for any hearing problems. James Mooney and Catherine Mooney.

Outstanding service, had a blocked ear for over a month and after many gp appointments i found this place and booked an appointment for the same day and within 15 minutes I was able to hear again highly recommend thanks again

I cant recommend Michael enough I took my daughter who had blocked ears and he was so welcoming and friendly amd made her feel at ease. Removed the wax so she was delighted. The lady on reception was so lovely too. Defo recommend to everyone
