If you are after perfection in hair extensions or mesh integration - look no further! In nearly 20 years of having extensions - I have finally found my place. A&O use the best quality hair and my wefts are sewn in to precision and are super durable. Both Lucianna and Danni are absolute perfectionist and I completely trust their expertise and advice. The salon is stunning with a really amazing aura about it - the girls really take amazing care of their clients. They are professional, friendly but most of all off bespoke services where you are treated as an individual and not just a number. I’ve had the most compliments with my hair ever to date and are absolutely undetectable.

The best salon and the best experience!! Luci is so amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my extensions after every appointment. They are all so welcoming and professional and really make the experience enjoyable. They know what they are talking about and I feel confident putting my hair in their hands! I recently visited this Salon with my girlfriend, and we both had an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making us both feel comfortable right away. What really impressed us was their expertise in hair loss treatment and hair care. They took the time to listen to her concerns and provided personalizad advice. The products and techniques they use are of the highest quality, and the attention to detail is remarkable. I was quite anxious about finding a solution for my hair loss. After a consultation with Danni and Lucie at their salon , which was incredibly reassuring, I purchased a human hair topper and had it cut and styled by Danni. When I left the salon I felt so happy! I couldn't believe my reflection in the salon mirror, a "me" I'd thought had gone forever re emerging. Danni's skill is amazing . She was kind, compassionate and answered all my questions. The service they offer is simply outstanding. A beautiful , private and welcoming salon . Impeccably clean, serene and welcoming! I've had my hair cut and styled by Trevor Sorbie in my distant past , but I can honestly say Auburn and Onyx is exceptional and by far , the most positive hair salon experience to date. Absolutely amazing experience. I heard about the salon through the Little Princess Trust because I was donating my hair. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel really reassured and at ease. I was so so pleased with my new cut (even though I may have been in shock after taking off 26 inches!!!). Such a beautiful location, too. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I came here about a month ago to have my Little Princess Trust wig fitted and was looked after by Danni. She provided a genuine care for my individual needs and definitely went above and beyond, spending time customising the wig to my preferences while providing amazing communication through the whole process on WhatsApp. She was really kind, sensitive, and realistic about my options, like how much we could dye the wig. Despite my social anxiety, I felt really comfortable and cared for in the salon, especially with the private consultation room, privacy barriers etc. The complimentary hot drink and snacks available were a cute touch too! I'd definitely recommend Auburn & Onyx if you're looking for hair loss treatment - they provide so many services I might consider in the future!
