Both my kids (age 2 and 5) have been under the care of Dr. Lucas and we have continuously had the most pleasant experiences here. First off, the staff shines with positivity and is always glowing upon arrival and throughout the whole appointment. As you know kids feed off energy, and both my kids have been very comfortable during their appointments and it is all because of the energy they bring. Even after religious brushing, flossing, and reducing sweets, our daughter still had to get a couple fillings for cavities and we were so nervous about the procedure but Dr. Lucas and staff were so quick and present with our daughter, it couldn't have gone any smoother. I was so impressed with even little verbiage they use like "Mr. Whistle" for the drill sound. I cannot thank and recommend this team enough. I wish they could take adults so i could come here myself, ha! Thank you all for bringing such positive energy even though i'm sure you all have bad days here and there and thank you Dr. Luca for being such an awesome dentist! Hope you stay with us until our kids grow up.
We had an incredible experience here with a traumatic incident—I cannot recommend enough. My 3 year old cracked her tooth down to the nerve and ended up needing it removed. As a new patient to the practice, Dr. Lucas walked us through our options, explained things thoroughly, and did the procedure gracefully. Emily made my daughter feel so comfortable, giving her prizes and putting everything into calm kid language. What could have been a very scary or painful experience ended up with no tears, and afterwards what my daughter remembers and talks about is all the prizes she got for being brave. The office is a great mix of kid-centric care with experienced providers.
It’s refreshing to find a pediatric dentist (and assistant Livi) who takes the time to make the patient feel comfortable and take time with a paitent. I also can really appreciate that Dr Lucas does not over treat and is conservative with her approach to dentistry. Five star experience.
Thank you for taking such great care of our two kids during their visit yesterday. We are very happy with Jamie, she was kind, gentle, and made the entire experience comfortable and positive for our family. Everyone at the clinic was welcoming and professional, and we truly appreciated the care and attention given to our children.
Dr Lucas and her awesome staff were great. My son broke hisbfront adult tooth at school and they were able to see him right away and fixed the broken tooth. They were all nice, sweet, gentle to him. They followed up after the appointment to make sure everything was still ok with my son. He wasn’t even one of their patients and yet he was still seen. This is now my son’s dentist
