Apply you never know. Never dreamt I would qualify, but with help it was very easy. Knowing how to put my situation into words was the key. Kirsty and Claire were very friendly and understanding to my situation. I got the higher rate which is going to have a big effect on my future as I can now get the help I need without worrying how I am going to pay for it. Well worth trying.
