ATS really is a service company that earns five stars. I've had ups and downs in my business, and ATS has always been awesome at helping keep my phones running. When things go wrong from equipment wearing out or Century Link/Cox causing problems, Bob and his folks have been great to work with. They know my system and my needs and make it easy to work together, even when I'm the one being difficult :)
I have been working with American Technology Solutions for about 2 years now and have been extremely satisfied with their customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism. I have worked with a number of phone system vendors and I have to say that Bob and American Technology Solutions really stand out in many ways.
