I have been training with Jon at ATP for 4 months and I have lost 5kgs with stronger muscles. I have tried many weight loss methods and signing up for personal trainer is one of the best decisions I have made. Not only am I meeting my weight loss target, more importantly, I have adopted a healthier eating habit, trained to have better stamina with a stronger body.
