We had a bad clog in both our kitchen and bathroom sinks. And called them around midnight, by the next morning, it was already fixed. I'm super happy with how it went and would definitely recommend to anyone.
Christian and his team communicated very well, and got rid of our problem as promised. The drains kept backing up, and putting water out. They cleared the lines fully and had us test to make sure everything was good and back flowing.
Answered all of my questions, explained to us the reason why our main sewer line kept backing up and confirmed it with the camera inspection. They were hard working and were reliable, in an emergency they showed up quick, which is appreciated.
We use them for maintenance service every 6 months they show up and do a great job. Through cleaning of the drains and show us before and after pics when done.
Chris and his team were really helpful in a stressful situation, gave us all the pricing upfront before starting any work

They performed a camera inspection on our sewer drain and we saw the tree roots beginning to grow in the drain. They jetted the main sewer line and showed the after and it was a big difference.

Complete rip-off for services rendered. Tech opened my trap which was clogged with wipes. Asked me the customer to carry 5 gallons of dirty water to the street for him because he couldn’t do his own job. Didn’t do any snake augering. Tried to upsell me before, during and after the job which took about 15 minutes. Asked if I wanted to pay an additional $150 for camera service. I said even a blind man doesn’t need a camera to see it was only wipes….I asked for a discount because he was only there a half hour and I did most of the work. He said no….Only there a half hour and 15 minutes of work and i did all the heavy lifting for $350. Complete rip-off. Folks DIY and rent the machine from Home Depot. Not many of us make $350 in half hour not paying the help, which was me anyway. I complained to the company first and they only offered me a $25 refund. I told them keep it and get your guy glasses.
Hydro jetted our main sewer line and so far so good. All of the drainage problems we were having have all disappeared. The guy came and explained to us all the diff options, and we were able to pay by card.

Our drains kept blocking up over and over again. We would have someone come to snake it and then a few days later the blockage would come back. The AtoZ crew came and ran a camera through the drain and found out the drain had actually collapsed. Thankful for there expertise
