Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.

We understand your disappointment regarding the post caps and the delay in addressing them. As discussed, our agreement was to wait for the grass seed to establish. From the beginning, it was strongly recommended by your landscaper that the fence should not be installed until the grass seed had grown in. They advised that proceeding with the necessary work before the grass had established would risk damage to your newly seeded lawn, which we wanted to avoid on your behalf. However, to accommodate your project timeline, we proceeded with the full installation at your request.

The project also had additional complexities that are not always visible. The Hydro Vac service was a mandatory safety and legal requirement due to utility lines directly in the fence path. Furthermore, our crew worked diligently under challenging conditions to complete your installation. This included navigating active sprinkler systems from neighboring properties, which created significant pooling water across the yard. Our installers did their best to protect your property by carefully carrying all materials, including 80 pound bags of concrete for the Hydro Vac holes, through the wet conditions.

Regarding the 380 dollar contribution toward the landscaper, we did issue a check as promised. Out of an abundance of caution, we had to wait 60 days to send it due to the partial payment cancellation initiated on your end, which created a necessary holding period per our policy. The check was mailed nearly a month ago.

We also want to clarify the additional cost for the Hydro Vac service. This critical safety measure was required by Diggers Hotline due to the electric and cable lines directly in the fence path. It was not an optional upgrade but a necessary step to ensure everyone’s safety and legal compliance, and these costs were communicated upfront.

Our goal is always a smooth project and a satisfied customer. We truly regret that this experience fell short of that standard.
