This firm is amazing, highly recommended. We were rejected for a buy to let mortgage as our house has a retrospective cavity wall insulation which was not suitable for a timber framed house according to the bank’s valuation. This firm came to give us a quote for extracting the insulation as the bank stated that it needed to be removed. David from A to Z Energy solutions after the assessment stated that our house is not timber framed and the insulation is suitable for our house. The company gave as report which we have sent it to the bank. They save us lots of money as we do not needed to remove the insulation. Another company came and quoted us £4000 without giving us the advice, David was like an angel knocking on our door, thank you so much for everything

Our experience with A to Z has been an entirely positive one. From the initial enquiry right through to installation we have had great service. Communication has been very good whether it has been via email or phone. The survey carried out was very thorough, listening to what we were hoping for at the end of the process and letting us know what was achievable. We have had paperwork detailing the work that has been carried out and the materials used. During installation the old insulation and boarding were removed, bagged up and disposed of and new insulation and boarding put down.

He showed respect for us and our property and took steps to ensure that there was minimum mess. He worked really hard with absolutely no fuss as the temperature gradually climbed in the roof space on what was a hot for May day. We are really happy with the end result and now have more space to use the roof space for storage.
We will certainly recommend A to Z to family and friends.

Exceptional service and professional company
After a Blackwater flood polluted our old cavity wall insulation, the A to Z team team promptly removed it during their first visit.
I requested an upgraded product—it was not their suggestion as there was no pushiness or upselling involved.
The engineer who has just installed the replacement insulation was punctual, polite, and highly professional.
The whole process has been seamless and stress-free, exceeding our expectations.

We had an initial survey followed by a cavity wall insulation re-blow. Communication was clear throughout, surveyor and workman were polite. The re-blow itself was effective. No notes for improvement, would recommend.

Invited A to Z to quote at my house, prompt arrival, chap inspected was very knowledgeable and didn't try to up sell products. Explained how the cold loft system worked and why I was getting damp insulation in places which caused black spots on my ceiling. Price was very competitive against other quotes. Lee was the fitter, he arrived promptly and was very friendly. He grafted from 0800 to 1600, I am very impressed with this company and definitely recommend

Cavity wall insulation
First we had a man here giving us a quote, explaining what needs to be done and giving us ideas of what to think of.
When I expected the quote I got an email with the date. Closer to the time I got an email to confirm the exact time.
He turned up on time and did a great job.
We have already noticed a difference in the house.
Efficient cavity wall insulation with excellent service and quick turnaround
I had cavity wall insulation installed by A to Z Energy Solutions after finding them on Checkatrade and was very pleased with the experience. The turnaround was quick, with the survey arranged promptly and the installation completed soon after. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and left everything tidy. The drill holes were filled very neatly, to the point that it’s hard to see where the work was done. All guarantees, certificates and paperwork were provided, and the whole process felt very professional. I would happily recommend them.
Cavity wall insulation top-up
Very thorough survey carried out and advice given about the existing cavity wall insulation, which had not originally been very well done.
Competitive quote received and date arranged for the work to be done (although this was changed twice due to company resources).
The work was carried out efficiently, and hopefully we now have a much better insulated home.
