Cavity wall insulation (NG18) One guy came out to do a survey. Showed me photos of where insulation was missing in a few areas. He came when he said and was very professional and polite. On the day the work was done the guy doing the work was again very polite and explained what he was going to do exactly. He didn’t leave any mess and appears to have done a good job.

Loft insulation top up and cavity wall insulation for (non-historic) church building. (SG2) Thorough and informative initial survey, competitive quote, and both installers on time and diligent. Good communication from the company throughout the process.

Loft insulation top up & boarding (KT6) Contacted A to Z Energy Solutions, they arranged site survey. Dave was very polite and explained the job. Advised the best option for boarding the loft area and recommend insulation. Very fair quote agreed, installation date changed a couple of times to best suit needs, Steve moved things around to accommodate date. Glen & Finally arrived on time, very polite and worked all the way through completed well in time. Very happy with the insulation & space now have in the loft for storage. Very good experience from initial contact to completion. Thank you

Loft Insulation (LU6) Lee, the installer, arrived in good time, explained what the work entailed, was very courteous, got on with the job without any time wasting. I found him to be competent, confident - which made me trust his workmanship. He left the place tidy after removing much of the junk that was in the loft. Thank you Lee. I would highly recommend him.

Installing Cavity Wall Insulation (GU24) Gave a competitive quote and stuck to it. Also, although they had to change the installation date due to illness, they kept me well informed and turned up exactly when they promised. The job seems to have been done well (difficult to check with cavity wall insulation!) and the installer cleared up when the job was finished. A good job at a fair price.

Loft insulation (DE23) 3 firms were approached for a quote and advice. A to Z's fitter arrived early, was sociable and diligent. Taking an hour longer than expected, he explained that he wanted to finish the job. Unfortunately, we had to have a replacement ladder because it was bolted, rather than screwed in. Initially we were told that we wouldn't need one. A wire was also knocked out from a light fitting. He offered to fix it if we couldn't. We said we would do it. Unfortunately, that has proved problematic. Overall a good job with a couple of snags. After photos and one before.

Cavity-wall insulation for extension done in the 80s (SG14) We moved into a house from the early 50's which already had cavity wall insulation . A short side extension done in the 80's turned out it had nothing in it so we hired A-Z to insulate it. After talking to a few companies they were easy and clear to deal with. Personally I found the insulation world out there a complete jungle and A-Z was reliable, tidy, and overall a really positive experience. The house is already more snug. In addition they re-filled an area on the old part of the house where the old boiler was.

Wall insulation, Loft insulation, Roof vents for un breathable felt. (UB9) Good advice given during survey regarding the required roof vents. All works undertaken within one day. Very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend. Ian (Denham)

Loft insulation (GU31) Work completed as required by the quotation. Workmen quick and efficient with care to leaving our home clean afterwards. Would recommend the company to my friends.

Had one of the two sides of the loft insulated and boarded out. (SE2) Got quoted for two jobs in the loft one side is completed and will make an appointment in the New year for the second part to be carried out.
