Atlas Method has been a life saver. Luigi made my husband feel at ease during his sessions enabling him to open up about his concerns of where he was lacking mentally and physical as he got older.
Luigi was very knowledgeable and helped my husband understand exactly what he was experiencing and how to combat it. I had no idea how much low testosterone was affecting me. I thought feeling off was just part of getting older.
Turns out my levels were in the 300s — way too low for someone in their upper 40's. The lack of information is what I think keeps so many of us down. I truly needed this 10 years ago… but I guess it’s never too late to make things right.
Thank you. I hope this method can help many more like me.
