Magnificent Tour and Guide!
Paul with Atlantis Limousine Service in Halifax, Nova Scotia, provided my husband and me a wonderful 5+ hour personal historic tour of Nova Scotia + Peggy’s Cove on September 19, 2025. Paul has an obvious passion for history and vast knowledge of the history of Nova Scotia, which was a perfect match for our love of history. We enjoyed our day learning from Paul. My husband said it was his favorite tour on our 18-day trip across Canada, from Vancouver to Halifax.
Atlantis is my "go-to" company for any company or personal transportation needs. I have used their services dozens and dozens of times over the past 10 years and always recommend them for people looking for reliability and wonderful, punctual service.
Have used them for years as our airport car service, and it's consistently excellent service, lovely drivers, and a very pleasant ride. On time, so courteous, very professional. Wonderful experience
Atlantic Limousine gave my friends and I a top-tier experience as we were on our way to an event. They were punctual, professional, and the vehicles were immaculate!
Traveling across Canada and our last stop is Halifax. We had a private tour set up but the driver of this company did not show up. We called the number and the person that answered seemed a little confused about the tour and sent a new driver. The tour was booked and paid for 6 hours but because of the lateness it was only 5 hours. We were also booked for a ride to the airport a day later on a Sunday at 7:30 am. Sunday in Halifax at 7:30 am is not busy for traffic. Even though I called the night before to confirm, no driver was there on Sunday at the agreedtime. Because of our prior experience of the no show for our tour, we waited only 5 minutes then ordered an Uber. (Which was there in less then 2 minutes)
On the way to the airport we got a call at 7:55, 25 minutes late, saying they were there to pick us up. I informed them that I used an Uber and not to worry about it. I doubt I will get my money back, I guess live and learn.
If you use this company book it at least 30 minutes before you really need to be picked up.

We didn't respond immediately to your review since your services were booked through the third party but we did reach to them and were willing to provide you with some refund but you were not interested.
Driver/Guide that was scheduled to take you on the tour, had family emergency minutes before your scheduled pickup, which certainly didn't help either side. Unfortunately, that is a life and it's impossible to plan for such occasions. Moving forward, new driver was dispatched and you were in the car 24 minutes after pickup scheduled and taken back 10 minutes after scheduled drop off, for the total loss of 14 minutes.
Your ride for the airport arrived and parked in front of the hotel thirty minutes prior to your scheduled departure time and reported to the front desk as well as the bell boys out front. As you know, there is very limited parking available in front of the hotel (up to five cars max) and if you reached to us directly as you did night before or perhaps reported to the hotel staff you would be in your vehicle within the seconds, since all hotel front staff know our drivers/cars. Ultimately you have chosen to call Uber, which took more time than trying to locate your designated vehicle.
On the side note, all our vehicles are equipped with live GPS trackers and the times provided above are fact based and shared with your booking agency.

My family moved across the country and enjoyed the services of Atlantis on two occasions (airport shuttles). The entire experience from end to end was handled professionally and empathetically. The staff at Atlantis understood our changing circumstances, trip delays, and special luggage transportation requests. Not only were they accommodating, but we clearly got the feeling that they were rooting for our success. A special group of people offering extraordinary service. Top choice for airport
Always use it when I'm gone for a prolonged period and I don't leave my care at the airport parking. Any time of day or night. Will wait for you if the flight is delayed. Courteous and friendly.
My wife and I and another couple flew to Halifax for the May long weekend from Toronto. I found Atlantis Limousine on the international and contacted them. I received a response right away and confirmed our flights with them. I was given the details to go to Ground Transportation where it was less than a minute we waited for our driver to show up. The vehicle was clean, and water was available for us. The driver were friendly and provided us with a few recommendations. We were advised on an appropriate pick up time based on our departure back to Toronto which the driver was right on time. We got dropped off and provided our luggage and paid for the round trip all at once. We will definitely use Atlantis when we return. Thank you.
Our hotel booked this car for us to go to the airport on checkout. I arrived early in the lobby and our driver, Ziko, was already waiting to take our bags. We also weren't rushed and were able to gather our things and leave on time.
The car was clean and water was waiting for us when we got in. Would recommend this service, and Ziko.
