Seems like a great team is running the business. Very helpful guys, especially if you plan to install the equipment yourself. They explain everything and also offered to send them photos after installation to confirm. (Had a bit of a Complex system)

In a matter of a couple of days I had been well advised as to the most appropriate water heater and necessary additional parts - which were reasonable in price. The fitting was carried out quickly and effectively inside a shaft of limited space by a very pleasant chap. Strongly recommend
