I had a fence installed last year. Sales person and installer were wonderful! I recently needed a new battery and cover. Tessa and Co (2 dogs) were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend DogWatch Hidden Fences!!

I had a great experience with dog watch. They were very professional from the beginning (no gimmicks, or up sale tactics). My free estimate was high quality, straight to the point, with no hidden fees. They clearly explained everything to me and the instillation was seamless, timely, and professionally done. My fence has been working flawlessly for months, and the customer service is amazing. Tessa (customer service support) and Ashley (head dog trainer) were extremely accommodating throughout the process and after instillation as well. I did a lot of research and did not ever feel pressured to move forward with dog watch. However, I would highly recommend them based on my research and my own personal experience. 20/10 experience!
Having the hidden fence installed has made my life almost stress free with 3 puppies, 2 of them who were jumping my existing fence. They learned very quickly their new boundaries. We've gone from them having to be taken out on a leash to now having complete freedom and peace of mind! Highly recommend to anyone that may be in the same situation! Shannon, Brent and Ashley were great to work with!
I had to call DogWatch back to move my fence because my dogs kept digging up my plants.
DogWatch did not disappoint. Joel Borawski was prompt, professional, and courteous. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated.
Joel took the time to answer all of my questions and was incredibly patient while I made decisions about the best setup for my two dogs. Even my dogs liked him, which was definitely a plus! 😊
He did an excellent job installing the hidden fence and took the time to show me exactly what he had done and how everything worked. He also gave me helpful pointers for when I finish my landscaping so I can protect the system and keep everything looking good.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you, Joel, for doing such a great job and making the whole process easy and stress-free!

When i moved in my house 4 years ago I had a bad experience with Invisible Fence and was so glad to find DogWatch. My 6 year old dog went blind a yer and a half ago and I stopped using her collar because noises bothered her. She recently went up my driveway so I called to reup my fence. Ashely was fabulous and so caring and concerned for my dog's anxiety level. This is a great company from start to finish and always there for their customers.

We live on a high traffic corner in the front of our 170 home subdivision and our fence has been instrumental in insuring our dog's safety. Overall great experience. Very responsive and helpful from the initial phone call to quote and scheduling. Prompt arrival for install team and they were very informative, willing to adapt and efficient. Our assigned trainer, Ashley, was awesome with the pups (we have a couple of very large ones) and made sure we were comfortable with every aspect of the fence system; great follow up as well. You can tell the team really cares about the dogs (and families) that they help to protect. This is my second home with a DogWatch system and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.

I hired atlanta dog watch 4 years ago as my dog would wonder to the neighbors whenever he was outside. Plus as he’s gotten older, he can be grouchy to other dogs. At any rate, the owner was very helpful explaining process, quoting etc. the installer was terrific. Walked entire property with me, answered questions and then the trainer that came was terrific. My neighbor recently used them as well based on my referral. They are very happy with how it’s working for their runaway Golden.

I have spent thousands of dollars trying to keep my Houdini dogs from getting out but they still could get out so called Dog Watch Hidden Fence and they came right out. Quoted me a price, I agreed and fairly soon they were out. They put in the fence, put me 2 collars on my 2 dogs and showed me how to use them. My dogs have not gotten since then. Wish I had done this before spending thousands.

I have had Dogwatch invisible fence for over 10 years now and am very pleased with the system. Just had fence repaired after telecommunications contractors broke the wire when installing fiber in the neighborhood. I have a 60 lb pit mix who does not cross the boundary yet has an entire yard to roam in. Highly recommend.

Finding DogWatch Hidden Fence, who knew... there was even a competitor out there of the major brand... thank goodness I came across them while researching online... their customer service prior to our initial meeting and then our meeting was outstanding! Once we signed on the dotted line, which was a no brainer, the install was exceptional with a highly skilled team, was stress free! Then came Ashley the trainer, she is skilled at her job! She was patient in explaining the training process and addressing all of our concerns. She leaves nothing to chance and makes sure her instructions are understood. She follows up after the initial training session and answers questions even if they were asked already! Her way with our two mini dachshunds was wonderful. Chloe and Zoey were at ease the whole time... 3 months later we love the freedom and sense of security we have since installing DogWatch Hidden Fence. It is the BEST investment we ever made.
