The best of the best, look no further. I was experiencing some unidentified problems with my gaming PC and called several places around the area. When I described my issue, these other places either didn’t work with gaming PCs or didn’t know what my problem could be. I was not having much luck. I called A through Z and not only were they able to offer a solution over the phone, but they were able to get my PC and diagnose the problem in the same day. I worked with Jaron and Jim and they offered excellent customer service. I will definitely be using them again for all my computer needs.

Had to do some stuff to my PC that I just wasn't comfortable doing myself. I dropped my PC off and got it back the same day. On a Sunday even. Reasonable price as it was a short amount of work technically. And so I was charged a very fair price for putting someone to work on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you. I just assumed I would be waiting until Monday. Didn't have to thanks to you guys.

From curbside service to prompt service
I was prepared to be without my computer (based on prior experience with other computer services). I was shocked when I received notice the very next day that it was ready for pickup. Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions. There is no question that he will be our go-to computer guy from now on.

Had my HP laptop bug out on me, got the number and information about the company from my friend who recommended them. The response was much quicker than expected and they were able to restore my laptop to 100% without missing a beat or losing any data that was on the computer to start with. Having done repairs on computers for the last 30 years, it was really easy to have them take care of the problem when I was unable physically to take care of the problem myself. Based on the work done, I highly recommend them!

I came in with some definitive slowdown on my gaming PC after a few Windows 11 updates, recently and I went from about a 40 second boot time all the way to a nine and a half minute boot time! I definitely leave these types of things to the experts, so I searched for a PC Repair business near me and found A Through Z! I accidentally came in without an appointment, as I didn't notice the "by appointment" line on the description and Jim was very kind with me and handled my computer respectfully, which I very much appreciated. I believe he had my computer for about 2 hours and called me to tell me it was ready! I was incredibly impressed. The price we determined for such a service was very fair, in my opinion and I happily paid him. I took my computer home and it fired right up in 37 seconds and some change! I ran some games, tested a few programs and everything was running like new! I immediately texted Jim and let him know how much I appreciated it! Definitely my go to for future issues!

Worked with Jim for a high end PC that had suddenly stopped powering on. Not only did he get me in same day, but he and his team were able to diagnose and help me solve my issue same day as well saving me hundreds. I should also note one of his competitors straight up recommended I work with him due to his teams expertise with gaming PCs. 10/10 and will be returning to them for any future needs!
