You have to pay a dollar to buy a card for a dollar .... To was or dry clothes ..
You will not get your dollar back for the card .. and the extra amount loaded on card ...you may never use it or loose the card ....

I got attacked by a patron. And the dumb card money adding machines are completely awkward. Its also too expensive. Its 24hrs, emergency wash issues it can handle. Be prepared to spend way too much money, and watch your back. Its not safe there. Cameras dont help the cops find your attacker. I could've died there. That guy would still be on the lose, like he is... currently. Don't go without back up.
We take every accusation seriously. We have provided all camera footage to the police that was available. Our business is not responsible for camera monitoring the entire parking lot. The police have spoken with us and are satisfied with what we provided. Civility towards other customers should never be an issue if your sole purpose in being in a laundromat is to wash your clothes and police your own actions.

Nice place. Huge washers. What i didn't like could be the same at all places that require use of a card. It will allow to add 10$ minimum when loading for first time. Then I'm sure they purposely don't tell the new user we will be charged 1$ meaning if i was planning on using the giant washer I'll need to add one more dollar. Sure I'll do that, then I'm told there is a 5$ minimum load at a time. So now I have 4$ extra on a card that I can't use till next month if I haven't lost it by then. I'm my opinion the card is ridiculous. I seriously thought giving 3 stars for taking the equivalent of a gallon of gas to use a card i do not want and will likely lose before giving it to them. I know the card is too be sure our dollar is dedicated to only be spent on them. I honestly rather trash that cares then spend it on something I'm being forced to spend on, sorry I had to rant, but I've never been a fan of businesses securing my money to only be usable at their establishments. Maybe this time I'm wrong, doubtful but I'll admit it if I find out otherwise
Thank you for your review, the actual information about pricing is below: The minimum is $1.00 that can be put on the card or the app. The card costs are $1.00 but downloading the app is perfectly free to all of us and we do not have to keep up with it. The lowest cost for a wash is approximately $3.XX. If you would like they will return your remaining money but cannot do that every month, call us at 678-894-5901. I would suggest bringing enough money to put it on the card to do your laundry or use the app so you do not have money on there. Hope that helps you and you have a better experience in the future.

I had issues with the machine with how it worked. So I called and customer service was very friendly and refunded the money back to my wash card and I was satisfied!

I was pleasantly surprised! I had a lot of bedding that needed to be washed and was in a time crunch. The attendants and the patrons were extremely nice and helpful which I was so grateful for because I was as lost as an Easter egg. They were so kind and showed me how to do everything. I downloaded the app so payment was quick and easy. It took no time to wash and dry. The building was clean and everything worked as it should.

It’s definitely the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to. It uses laundry cards, so come prepared. 4 stars because my load that I washed didn’t spin the water out. They were soaked. I moved to another washer. I didn’t have time to figure out something else.

Good experience and thought the prices were fair. Dryer 10 seems to have a bit of a weak latch and I had to spend about 60 cents more to finish drying my laundry, but truly not bad overall.
